About Common Ground

Common Ground makes it easier to get out of the house, try something new, and meet a few people who live nearby. Choose to learn, explore, or do some good, and we turn that choice into a specific one-hour plan at a public place.

We believe meeting people works better when conversation is not the whole assignment. A shared activity gives everyone somewhere to put their attention—and nobody needs experience, a ready-made friend group, or the confidence to host.

Automation handles signups, reminders, meeting points, and activity guides. People remain part of the process, reviewing locations, responding to reports, and confirming volunteer plans with local organizations.
